Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and sign psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the patient record.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Team for client disposition.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing education to maintain competency.
