HealthStream is seeking an Associate Software Developer in Test to design, develop, and maintain automation suites for HealthStream products. You will work with QA teams and developers to refine requirements, test functionality manually and through automation, and ensure security and quality standards.

You will collaborate with Lane leads and Product Owners to prioritize customer experience, leverage AI tooling, and advance CI/CD practices in a hybrid work environment with on-site health centers

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CS, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with at least one programming language.
• Understanding of frontend, middle tier, or backend technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to HealthStream security policies, procedures, and training.
• Drive CI/CD and automation practices.
• Develop testing strategies and automation concepts.
• Identify test cases and automate them.
• Interpret metrics and logs to guide actions.
• Collaborate with Lane leads and Product Owners to improve customer experience.
• Leverage AI tooling to enhance quality and throughput.
