Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Product Characterization: conduct field visits to evaluate hybrids and collect adaptation notes.
• Late-Stage Hybrid Advancement: support deployment discussions for informed product placement.
• Field Evaluation: assist in data collection to confirm regional adaptation and stress performance.
• Deployment Documentation: maintain accurate records per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with scientific and business teams for characterization and deployment.
