Precision AQ is seeking an Associate Research Scientist to lead analyses for real-world evidence studies in the HEOR space. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop study protocols, and prepare analytic datasets while delivering insights to clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health services research or related field (e.g., health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health).
• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, or SAS for real-world data analyses.
• 0–2 years of relevant research experience, including academic work or internships.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform analyses of primary and secondary data for real-world studies.
• Develop protocols, analysis plans, and design RWE studies.
• Communicate study results to internal and external stakeholders.
