Qualifications

• Required PhD in public health, health behavior, health services research, implementation science, sociology, anthropology, psychology, or other social science field or master's degree with relative experience (PhD strongly preferred)
• Working knowledge of implementation science theories, models, and frameworks
• Experience with qualitative analysis software (e.g., Dedoose, NVivo, ATLAS.ti, MAXQDA)
• Demonstrated training and hands-on experience in qualitative methods
• Experience developing training curricula, webinars, or technical assistance resources for professional audiences
• Demonstrated potential to meaningfully contribute to research projects and securing funding
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel, including international, with nights away from home
• Must possess a valid United States Passport for international travel

Responsibilities

• Design and refine data collection instruments and surveys; conduct virtual interviews and group discussions with investigators, trainees, and partners
• Manage qualitative data in analysis software; transcript prep, codebook development, coding
• Apply RE-AIM, CFIR, PRISM to organize and interpret findings
• Design and implement training courses for adult learners on implementation science
• Provide mentorship to analytic staff
• Support large group academic meeting coordination and agendas
• Lead projects delivering expert TA to clients or health care organizations
• Provide scientific and operational oversight for research projects and study protocol development
• Develop methodological and applied research leading to publications and reports
