Job summary

Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for software, devices, and services in regulated environments. You will gather market insights, translate needs into requirements, and coordinate cross‑functional launches across our portfolio.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine user stories, prioritize features, and ensure regulatory compliance, quality, and effective product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business, science, or a related field.
• 0–3+ years of relevant experience in product management, operations, commercial functions, or related roles.
• Experience supporting product planning, market research, customer requirements gathering, or software and technology product development.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for new and existing software, devices, and services, from initial planning through launch, maintenance, and retirement.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitive trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities, define product requirements, and prioritize features that address business and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams to refine user stories, coordinate releases, manage risks, and ensure alignment with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate product development timelines, documentation, stakeholder communications, and cross‑functional launch readiness, including training materials, product demonstrations, and sales enablement resources.
• Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, serviceability, and business outcomes while supporting continuous improvement, financial planning, and effective management of product‑related risks.
