Cambia Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Medical Director to support medical policy development and clinical programs. This role involves case reviews, peer consultations, and collaboration with clinical teams to improve care quality and cost effectiveness.

Ideal candidates are board-certified physicians with MD/DO degrees, at least 3 years of clinical experience, and an unrestricted license in OR/WA/ID/UT.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician with an MD or DO degree and board certification.
• Active, unrestricted medical license to practice in one or more US states with one license in OR/WA/ID/UT; applicant must live in four-state area.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical consulting to staff on member cases to ensure quality, cost-effective care.
• Conduct peer-to-peer consultations with providers and participate in clinical project teams.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to promote care management and quality programs.
• Contribute clinical input on medical policy reviews and program development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
