Altria Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, SuccessFactors Learning Solutions to translate business priorities into LMS requirements and coordinate testing with AMS partners.

This role supports a remote or Richmond, VA placement and focuses on enhancing the learner experience through effective configuration and governance of SuccessFactors Learning. You will bring 4+ years working with Tier 1 HRIS platforms and at least 2 years configuring SAP SuccessFactors Learning, guiding business

Qualifications

• Translate priorities into clear requirements, acceptance criteria and AMS recommendations.
• Advise on SuccessFactors Learning items, curricula, programs, and workflows to improve learner experience.
• Coordinate UAT for AMS-delivered LMS changes and validate resolutions before approval.

Responsabilités

• Translate priorities into clear requirements and acceptance criteria for AMS partner.
• Advise on SuccessFactors Learning items, curricula, programs, and workflows to improve the learner experience.
• Coordinate UAT for LMS changes, track defects and validate resolutions.
• Diagnose learning system issues and assess data dependencies with the Employee Central owner and AMS partner.
• Lead business readiness for LMS enhancements and releases, communicating changes to learners and administrators.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical enhancements for usability and data integrity.
