Ledger Run Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Lead to oversee global Investigator payments for assigned studies.

This remote role can be performed from anywhere in the United States, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate payments in line with contracts and IRB requirements. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 4 years in clinical trials, strong project management, and advanced Excel knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4 years of experience in clinical trials or related setting.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic understanding of budgeting and accounting recommended.

Responsibilities

• Supervising daily operations and workload management for site payments.
• Interact with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Oversee payment processes in accordance with contracts and IRB requirements.
• Review funding requests for trials.
• QC of visit and invoiceable payment data.
• Quarterly reconciliation of payment data during trials and closeout.
• Manage escalations and client satisfaction.
• Additional duties as assigned by team lead.
