Qualified candidates will have a J.D., Virginia Bar membership, and at least 5 years of experience in labor matters. Competitive compensation includes health benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of substantial labor and employment experience.
• Ability to explain complex legal issues clearly.
• Ability to travel up to 20% within the U.S. and Canada.
