You will draft, negotiate, and manage client, vendor, and partnership agreements (ASAs, MSAs, BAAs, DUAs), integrate contract intake with Salesforce and Ironclad, provide regulatory advice on privacy, ERISA, DOL, and medical licensing, and coordinate

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one state.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm or in‑house setting.
• Experience with commercial agreements and health‑plan regulations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage client, vendor, and partnership agreements (ASAs, MSAs, BAAs, DUAs, joint‑marketing).
• Integrate contract intake with Salesforce and oversee contract inventory in Ironclad.
• Provide regulatory advisory on privacy, ERISA, DOL, and medical licensing matters.
• Manage disputes, coordinate outside counsel, and track matter resolution.
• Support M&A activities, conduct legal due diligence, and prepare transaction documents.
