Qualifications

• 15+ years legal experience; 7+ years in-house in clinical research or biopharma.
• Experience with global clinical trials, privacy, and EU employment matters.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, privacy and data protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advise on clinical and commercial biopharma services and regulatory issues.
• Support privacy programs, data protection, and cross-border data transfers.
• Lead or advise on DPIAs, DSARs, and data governance initiatives.
• Draft and negotiate complex contracts and data sharing agreements.
• Partner with HR and compliance on Europe-focused workforce matters.
