Job summary

QC Servion, in support of Galtra Solutions, seeks an Associate Director, Supply Chain Program Manager to lead large-scale supply chain programs. This role will oversee end-to-end activities from customer commitment to deployment, coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.

It is a player-coach leadership role in a growing program-management function. The successful candidate will manage priority programs, build a team over time, and partner with Galtra leadership to

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience managing multiple priorities without direct authority.
• Strong program planning, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building processes, governance structures, operating models, or teams within a growing organization.
• Proven ability to manage risk and maintain execution momentum.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex supply chain and product deployment programs from order release through customer acceptance.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and recovery plans.
• Establish and drive program governance, operating rhythms, reporting, and accountability.
• Serve as the central point of coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive execution against program objectives, timelines, budgets, and customer commitments.
