Job summary

PRIME Education, a property of Everyday Health Group, is seeking an Associate Director with a strong background in scientific writing, educational design, and grant development. The role focuses on turnkey grant development and content creation for funded initiatives within a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Minimal Master’s degree (PhD or PharmD preferred) in a scientific, medical, or related field.
• Prefer minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and developing continuing medical education (CME/CE) activities for healthcare professionals.
• Prefer experience in CME/CE activities supported by pharma companies or government contracts or grants.
• Prefer experience in training, project management and/or staff supervision.
• Ability to independently research, design, and develop high-quality scientific grant and medical writing.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-caliber medical and scientific content with adherence to adult learning principles and interprofessional education.
• Contribute to grant planning and development to meet goals and address unmet needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with health care leaders to identify grant opportunities.
• Contribute to outcomes measurement of educational programs and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Develop scientific articles, abstracts, and outcomes-based presentations.
