Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience with fund tax loss harvesting, optimization, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and release programming and research of fund tax loss harvesting for fixed income, equity, and mixed funds.
• Develop and optimize data management/analysis tools to support quantitative investment processes.
• Clarify released optimization features through cross‑department communication.
• Lead tax loss harvesting initiatives and improve pipelines.
