Job summary

Ladders seeks an Associate Director, Project Management to lead cross-functional program execution in early development within a highly regulated pharma/biotech space. This role emphasizes integration, scenario planning, and clear communication to support informed decisions. Location: Remote - US-based candidates only; visa sponsorship not available.

Compensation: $117,000–$189,200 annually. You will partner with scientific, clinical, and regulatory stakeholders to keep development plans aligned

Qualifications

• BS or MS/MBA in pharma/biotech R&D with 6+ years of exp including 4+ years in PM
• Experience with IND-enabling activities and Phase 1 development
• Deep understanding of drug development, clinical, and regulatory processes
• Proven ability to guide teams without direct authority

Responsibilities

• Partner with the global team leader to manage a cross-functional development team
• Lead the creation and maintenance of integrated program Gantt charts
• Identify critical paths and manage at-risk activities for scenario planning
• Develop dashboards to communicate project status and track progress
• Organize cross-functional team meetings, including agendas and action item follow-ups
• Maintain logs of issues and risks for proactive team engagement
• Collaborate on budget development and manage program spending
