Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: Bachelor's in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in fundraising, corporate engagement, volunteer partnership, and relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes fundraising strategies for a premier large-scale event.
• Builds and sustains high-impact donor, sponsor, volunteer relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Recruits and mobilizes executive volunteers, chairs, ambassadors, and leadership teams.
• Oversees event planning, logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and brand execution.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to align event efforts with organizational priorities and revenue goals.
• Monitors financial performance and optimizes revenue growth and ROI.
