• Builds and grows donor, sponsor, and volunteer engagement to drive revenue.
• Develops and executes strategies for a premier large-scale event with donor pipelines.
• Recruits executive volunteers, chairs, and leadership teams to support fundraising.
• Oversees event planning, logistics, budgets, vendor relations, and brand execution.
• Aligns event efforts with organizational priorities and revenue goals.
• Monitors financial performance and adjusts strategies to optimize ROI.
