Private Health Management (PHM) is seeking an Associate Research Director to lead research efforts on complex care cases. You will review medical records, identify diagnostic and treatment options, and develop strategies based on literature and expert input.

This is a remote role in the United States, reporting to PHM leadership. Responsibilities include client communication, clinical history analysis, literature reviews, and identifying clinical trials.

Qualifications

• A PhD in a science or healthcare field is required plus early career experience in complex medical disorders.
• Preference for Doctorate of Physical Therapy with orthopedic/PT experience.
• Experience in women's health is a plus (e.g., pelvic floor physical therapy).
• Strong research abilities and literature review skills are essential.
• Excellent client readiness and interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Interface with clients and clinicians in calls to discuss research findings and options.
• Analyse clinical histories, extract data, and track lab values and outcomes.
• Review and summarize literature; compare study findings for patient-friendly reporting.
• Interpret molecular diagnostics and tests to support patient care decisions.
• Research and prioritize treatment options using guidelines and expert input.
• Identify and evaluate potential clinical trials and connect with trial sites.
• Create patient education documents and reports detailing history, diagnosis and options.
