Job summary

Humana is seeking an Associate Director – Pharmacy Clinical Program Trend to lead a focused team in improving member outcomes through optimized medication use. You will drive trend development and execution, balance clinical insight with business acumen, and foster accountability and collaboration across managed care and PBM practices.

The role supports a remote work setup with potential travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.

Qualifications

• Degree of Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD or RPh) from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure in the state you reside.
• Previous experience in pharmacy clinical program trend.
• Give direction and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy clinical program trend development and execution.
• Develop, implement and optimize strategies to reduce pharmacy cost trend and improve health outcomes.
• Collaborate with teams to improve member experience and outcomes.
