Humana Inc. seeks an Associate Director – Pharmacy Clinical Program Trend to lead an agile team focused on optimizing medication use, reducing pharmacy cost trends, and improving member outcomes across care programs.

This remote role may travel to Humana offices for training. You will apply clinical expertise and business acumen to develop and implement strategies, coach direct and matrixed teams, and deliver measurable improvements in health outcomes and cost management.

Qualifications

• PharmD or RPh with active license to practice pharmacy.
• Experience in pharmacy clinical program trend and related initiatives.
• Ability to lead and make sound decisions across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy clinical program trend organization to optimize medication use and reduce cost trends.
• Develop and implement strategies and programs to improve health outcomes and member experience.
• Coach and manage direct reports and matrixed teams to achieve high performance.
