You will develop and execute pharmacy clinical program trend initiatives, balancing clinical excellence with business acumen to reduce cost trends and improve outcomes. The role requires a PharmD or RPh, active licensure, and prior experience in pharmacy clinical program trend.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure in the state you reside.
• Previous experience in pharmacy clinical program trend.
• Give direction and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead an organization of about 6 associates.
• Develop, implement and optimize pharmacy clinical program trend strategies.
• Drive improvements in cost trend and member health outcomes.
