Job summary

Lilly’s Global Medical Affairs Capabilities and Innovation team seeks an Associate Director, Medical Affairs Intelligence Capability Lead to drive the strategy and delivery of the Scientific Medical Intelligence platform. This role partners with Tech@Lilly, data engineering, and affiliates to scale intelligence capabilities globally.

The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical execution, manage complex multi-stakeholder programs, and lead adoption across multiple countries

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within a technology, data, or analytics-enabled platform environment.
  • Previous experience working with enterprise Medical Affairs data, insights, and technology platforms (e.g., Veeva CRM, H1, MedVA, Databricks, AWS).

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project management for scaling, enhancing, and evolving the intelligence capabilities across affiliates, disease states, sources, and user groups.
  • Translate Lilly Medical Affairs insights business needs into clear platform requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for tech teams.
  • Manage the intake, prioritization, and delivery of platform enhancements, balancing global consistency with local affiliate needs.
  • Lead business user testing and validation of new intelligence capabilities prior to release, ensuring outputs meet real-world needs.
  • Own intelligence capability scaling and adoption plan, including go-live sequencing, training, and change management.
