Job summary

BBBSA is seeking an Associate Director, Individual Giving to manage a portfolio of major donors, identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts in support of the organization's mission. The role reports to the VP, Strategic Philanthropy and focuses on five- and six-figure gifts.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven fundraiser with 4+ years frontline fundraising, experience with moves management and Salesforce, and the ability to work remotely within the Continental United

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent fundraising experience.
• 4+ years of progressively responsible major gifts or frontline fundraising experience.
• Experience managing a donor portfolio and moves management process.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 100-150 major donors and prospects.
• Develop and execute individualized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
• Maintain an active pipeline to meet annual revenue goals.
• Document donor interactions and moves in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Program, and agency leaders to craft donor-centered proposals.
