Job summary

The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, a non‑profit focused on Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, seeks a Manager of Fundraising Campaigns & Volunteer Engagement. You will lead Take Steps and Special Events, recruit and train volunteers, and partner with leaders to drive growth in campaigns across the assigned market.

The role involves travel within the market, engagement of corporate and patient communities, and collaboration with national staff to achieve revenue and awareness goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in not‑for‑profit fundraising.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, budget and manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation abilities.
• Proficient with data management and Office tools.
• Creative thinker with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Independent, self-starter with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Take Steps fundraising campaigns and develop yearly plans.
• Identify and cultivate corporate, healthcare and community partners.
• Coordinate special events and drive revenue growth.
• Engage volunteers and build durable community relationships.
• Provide excellent donor stewardship and year‑round communication.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet revenue goals and strategy.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for campaigns.
