Job summary

Humana is seeking an Associate Director of Consumer Operations to manage day-to-day metrics for the WI Medicaid market. You will lead customer service, enrollment, and vendor operations, coordinating with claims, configuration, and provider/member service teams to meet daily performance goals.

You will drive operational performance, cost efficiency, and implement new programs while contributing to overall strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of progressive operational or service experience.
• 2+ years of formal leadership/people management experience.
• Must reside in WI.
• 2+ years in project management, process improvement or process design.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee call center operations, enrollment and vendor operations.
• Lead customer service, enrollment and provider/member service teams.
• Drive operational performance, cost efficiency and process improvements.
• Collaborate with enterprise and market teams to align priorities.
