Job summary

UST is seeking an Associate Data Analyst / Associate II - Data Engineering to extract, clean, and validate data across source systems for analysis and reporting. You will develop dashboards, translate business needs into data queries, and collaborate with data engineers and senior analysts to deliver analytics while ensuring HIPAA/PHI handling where applicable.

Role located remote in the US, with compensation range reflecting US markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Stats/Math/Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–4 years in data analysis, BI or reporting; strong SQL.
• Experience with Tableau/Power BI or SAS reporting.
• Excel with advanced functions; basic Python or R scripting.

Responsibilities

• Profile data, perform trend analysis and ad-hoc analyses.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports.
• Translate business requirements into data queries and report specs.
• Investigate data quality issues and coordinate with leads.
