Job summary

Archimedes is seeking a seasoned healthcare analytics professional to manage day-to-day data importing, exporting, distributing, analyzing, and reporting. You will design data pipelines, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure data quality across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts required.
• Hands-on experience with data engineering or data analysis in production environment required.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL workflows required.
• Experience with Excel and data visualization tools such as PowerBI required.
• Experience with healthcare data or other highly regulated industries preferred.
• Experience with SSMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize data pipelines (ETL/ELT) supporting analytics, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Write efficient SQL queries and work with tools such as SSMS, PowerBI, and Excel.
• Analyze, model, and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Promote data stewardship and governance best practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and continuous improvement.
• Navigate and improve legacy systems while supporting modernization initiatives.
• Participate in and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
