24 Seven Talent is seeking a Senior Art Director focused on Packaging and Branding for a fast-growing consumer goods brand in home fragrance, décor, and lifestyle. You will lead a team of up to six creatives, shape visual strategy, and drive packaging, product, retail, and marketing design from concept to final production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of graphic design experience with leadership or team management.
• Strong portfolio with brand, packaging, product, and production design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of up to six creatives.
• Set creative direction and raise the bar for quality, consistency, and brand expression.
• Drive packaging, product, retail, and marketing design from concept through final production.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands‑on design, production art, mockups, and visual presentations.
• Manage project flow, priorities, timelines, approvals, and workloads in a fast-moving environment.
• Partner with executive leadership, marketing, and sales to translate business needs into compelling creative solutions.
• Build smarter workflows, organize creative systems, and strengthen team productivity.
