Job summary

Dentsu is hiring a temporary Associate Creative Director, Copywriter, Creative Development to support integrated, regulated healthcare and member communications plus a consumer wellness brand. This is a project-by-project role with AI-enabled creative production, fully remote with a preference for candidates near major U.S.

hubs. You’ll shape the look, tone, and feel of on-strategy ideas while directing creative work with teammates, across multiple deliverables and clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the creative advertising industry.
• Strong leadership, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Attention to detail and a professional, outgoing, resilient approach.
• Demonstrated creative success across a wide range of client work.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead concepting and co-managing/co-directing creative work across multiple projects, deliverables, and clients.
• Apply superior writing skills to develop concepts for manifestos, scripts, digital content, campaigns, activations, and social posts.
• Self-edit and review deliverables for grammar and formatting, ensuring alignment to strategy and client tone, style, audience, and objectives.
• Develop creative solutions that translate across media channels, grounded in objectives, client nuances, and timing/budget.
