Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school required.
• Active Maryland Bar admission in good standing required; CLE credits.
• 2–6+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense, personal injury, or related civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse litigation caseload in Maryland courts.
• Conduct legal research, draft briefs, opinions, and memoranda.
• Provide advisory opinions on liability, damages, and claim value to Claims Department.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and conduct depositions and trials.
