You will act as the lead clinician and engagement manager, coordinating with clinicians, researchers, and care coordinators to uncover opportunities for improved patient care and outcomes.

You will identify top experts, explore diagnostics beyond standard care, and guide patients to optimized treatment plans while navigating the healthcare system on their behalf.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in your home state.
• Five years of clinical experience managing complex medical issues in oncology/hematology.
• Executive written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
• Tech-savvy with medical documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinician and engagement manager for PHM clients.
• Collaborate with clinical and research teams to identify data-supported care options.
• Coordinate care and guide patients to optimized care plans.
