Job summary

Performance Trust Capital Partners, LLC is seeking an Associate to join our Client Insights & Analytics (CIA) team. This remote role emphasizes connecting financial and data analysis to clear, client-ready insights, presentations, and recommendations for banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions.

The Associate will work closely with senior CIA leaders, receive direct training and mentorship, and contribute to client education programs and events, including Custom Strategy Sessions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, data analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, or related area.
• Experience with financial institutions and data-driven analysis.
• CFA designation, or progress toward it, is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to present to groups.
• Eligible to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
