Job summary

Emmes is seeking an Associate Biostatistician to support biostatistics activities across one or more studies. You will collaborate with the study team to determine study design, review protocols, and contribute to statistical analysis plans and reports that summarize findings.

The role requires a Master's in Biostatistics or related field, and proficiency in SAS and/or R. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in biostatistics, statistics, epidemiology, or related field.
• Strong proficiency with SAS and/or R is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with study team to determine study design for research projects.
• Evaluates and contributes to sections of protocols that require statistical input.
• Reviews protocols and case report forms to ensure objectives are met.
• Generates randomization schedules for randomized clinical studies and ensures proper documentation.
• Supports development of statistical analysis plans and statistical programming.
