Job summary

Emmes Group is seeking an Associate Biostatistician to support biostatistics activities across studies. You will collaborate with study teams to shape study design, review analysis plans, and contribute to statistical reporting.

The role emphasizes independent work and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a Master’s degree in Biostatistics or a related field, with proficiency in SAS and/or R and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Biostatistics, statistics, epidemiology or related field.
• Experience of less than 1 year preferred.
• Proficiency with SAS and/or R.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with study team to determine study design for research projects.
• Reviews protocols and statistical analysis plans and contributes to statistical input.
• Generates randomization schedules for randomized clinical studies and ensures proper implementation.
• Supports development of statistical analysis plans and programming.
• Generates reports to support data and safety monitoring activities and regulatory reviews.
• Contributes to manuscripts and scientific presentations.
• Keeps abreast of regulatory guidance (FDA, EMA, ICH).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
