Albertelli Law (ALAW) seeks an Associate Attorney to support its Texas practice. This full-time, mid-senior role is based in Irving, TX, with remote work options.

You will handle real estate and creditors' rights matters, require strong civil procedure knowledge, and engage in loss mitigation and client communications. Qualified candidates hold active Texas Bar status and 5+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in case management software and related laws.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar member in good standing.
• Minimum 5+ years in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors' rights.
• Proactive use of case management software; solid civil procedure knowledge.
• Proficiency with Title & Lien Priority, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA and FDCPA.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned matters with focus on civil procedure and loss mitigation.
• Appear in court and travel as required.
• Provide proactive, high-quality client communication.
• Collaborate in a team and demonstrate strong written and verbal skills.
