EisnerAmper seeks an Associate Attorney to join its in‑house legal team with remote or hybrid options. You will review and negotiate client engagement letters, NDAs, MSAs, BAAs, subcontractor and government contracts, and support day‑to‑day legal needs for firm directors.

Requirements include a J.D. with an active bar, 3+ years of contract drafting and negotiation, and strong communication. This role offers breadth across client matters, risk assessment, and template improvements.

Competenze

• J.D. degree with bar admission and eligibility to practice in the U.S.
• 3+ years of post-law school contract drafting, review and negotiation.
• Ability to review and negotiate MSAs, BAAs, subcontractor and government contracts.

Mansioni

• Review and negotiate client engagement letters based on Firm templates.
• Draft, review and negotiate NDAs and third‑party access agreements.
• Respond to RFPs by reviewing requirements and coordinating with teams.
• Manage legal department's Smartsheet intake process and records.
• Review and negotiate MSAs, BAAs, subcontractor and government contracts.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal support to the Firm's directors on contract matters.
• Assist with maintaining templates, playbooks and process docs.
• Support AI tools implementations to increase efficiencies.
