You will draft pleadings, conduct legal research, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with clients and colleagues through technology-enabled workflows, while supporting flexible remote work across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license in California.
• 2–3 years of civil and business litigation experience.
• Strong writing, drafting, research, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil and business litigation matters from pre-litigation through trial preparation.
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and motions, remotely or in person.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide practical analysis and recommendations.
• Coordinate deposition strategy and manage witness preparation and exhibits.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams using technology-enabled workflows.
