Jobot in California is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate for a fully remote role. You will own cases from start to finish, draft pleadings and motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trial using cloud-based systems.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of litigation experience with employment law preferred and must be admitted to the California Bar. An extensive benefits package and supportive staff are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 3+ years of strong litigation experience; employment law highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own your cases from start to finish in a fully remote environment.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using cloud-based systems.
• Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trial.
• Use integrated tech tools to communicate, collaborate, and track performance.
