You will manage a diverse caseload from filing through trial, draft pleadings and discovery, and collaborate with seasoned attorneys. The firm supports remote and hybrid work, competitive compensation, and three-tier bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to CA or NV state bar in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of litigation experience in insurance, personal injury, business and commercial law.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil defense matters including insurance, personal injury, business, and commercial disputes.
• Manage a caseload from inception through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research to develop effective strategies.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, trials and arbitration.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
