Job summary

IsoTalent represents a fast-growing national personal injury law firm seeking an Associate Attorney to join their pre-litigation team in a fully remote capacity across the U.S. You will handle personal injury claims from intake to settlement, negotiating with insurers to maximize value.

The ideal candidate has an active IA or WY Bar license, hands-on pre-litigation PI experience, and the ability to manage 80–100 cases autonomously while communicating clearly with clients.

Qualifications

• Active Bar license IA or WY required.
• Personal injury experience with pre-litigation preferred.
• Ability to independently manage a high caseload (80–100 cases).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle cases from intake through settlement.
• Negotiate directly with insurance carriers to maximize value.
• Communicate with clients and guide them through the claims process.
• Develop strategies to increase case value and outcomes.
• Maintain organized case files and collaborate with internal teams.
