You will manage a docket of approximately 40 diverse and complex personal injury cases, work directly with an experienced attorney and dedicated support staff, and handle all facets of litigation from motions to trial preparation while delivering high-quality client

Qualifications

• 4–12 years of experience handling single event personal injury cases.
• Strong litigation skills with the ability to manage complex dockets.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy; ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of approximately 40 diverse and complex personal injury cases.
• Collaborate with an experienced attorney and support staff to prepare and file motions, discovery, depositions, and mediations.
• Handle all aspects of litigation from motion practice through trial preparation, delivering top-tier client service.
