Mind Computing is hiring an Associate AI Engineer to support AI-driven software development and automation across enterprise IT projects. You will work with engineers and architects to build AI-powered solutions and prototypes using tools like Claude Code, Copilot, and Codex.

The role targets early-career engineers with a strong programming foundation and a passion for emerging AI technologies. Candidates residing in the continental US are encouraged to apply for this remote opportunity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 0–2 years of relevant AI-assisted coding experience.
• Proficiency in at least one major language (Python/JS/TS/Java/C#).
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Codex).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, debugging, and testing.
• Ability to learn new technologies independently and communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, debug, and enhance software using AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to drive AI-driven improvements.
• Design AI-powered prototypes and automation utilities to boost productivity.
• Automate software development tasks like reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Experiment with LLMs, AI agents, and AI frameworks for enterprise solutions.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for quality, security, and performance.
• Research emerging AI tech and propose new applications.
• Document effectiveness of AI-driven solutions and productivity gains.
• Support RFx responses and government opportunity research.
• Assist in proposal docs, architectures, and narratives.
• Collaborate with teams to communicate findings and enable adoption.
• Ensure compliance with customer policies and guidelines.
