Humana is seeking an Associate Actuary, Analytics/Forecasting in the United States to analyze and forecast financial and market data, develop metrics, and support business intelligence. You will primarily work in Databricks on Net Present Value models for Medicare Supplement, Dental & Vision, and Medicaid.

The role requires an ASA designation, MAAA, a Bachelor's degree, and APDP eligibility, with strong communication. This remote position includes a 40-hour week and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ASA designation and APDP eligibility preferred.
• MAAA membership is expected; strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience with SQL, SAS, Python or Oracle is valuable.

Responsabilités

• Analyze financial, economic, and market data to support forecasting.
• Develop metrics, reporting, and analytical models for business intelligence.
• Evaluate trends affecting performance and forecast short-, mid-, and long-term outlooks.
• Build and enhance actuarial and forecasting models in Databricks (NPV models).
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve model issues and improve outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve model performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
