Qualifications

• A degree in Marketing and/or 1–2 years of agency/marketing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients.
• Analytical problem-solving with root-cause focus.
• Highly organized with ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfort using remote tools and AI software (ClickUp, Notion, Slack, ChatGPT).
• Genuine passion for the digital marketing landscape.

Responsibilities

• Co-pilot client calls by preparing meeting decks and performance reports.
• Routinely monitor performance dashboards across digital channels to track key metrics.
• Act as the organizational engine for the account team by documenting and tracking client requests.
• Maintain repeatable workflows and update internal playbooks.
• Gradually take on direct client communication and lead portions of strategic discussions.
