Job summary

You’ll collaborate with Editors, external publishing partners, and the Journals team to implement publication strategies, manage supplements, and ensure timely content delivery. Starting pay ranges from $67,000 to $72,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with web-based peer review systems and editorial procedures.
• Experience working with scientific researchers or physicians.
• Preferred: 1–2 years' experience with Adobe Creative Cloud for social media.

Responsibilities

• Manage peer review and editorial aspects of the journal from acquisition to submission.
• Provide production support including copyediting and proofreading.
• Lead journal user engagement efforts with video, podcasts, and infographics.
• Provide operational and administrative support: invoices, calendars, travel logistics.
