Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Graphic Designer to join our Creative Department. You’ll craft digital content for campaigns and product messaging across site, app, paid media and email, collaborating with Creative Directors, Strategists, Merchants and Brand Marketing.

You’ll work remotely with a team focused on on-trend, cohesive brand storytelling and consistent design standards across Abercrombie & Fitch, Abercrombie Kids and YPB brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field required.
• 1–2+ years in a fast-paced, cross-functional creative environment.
• Experience in iconic branded environments for international organizations.
• Strong portfolio across print and digital platforms.
• Strong typography and layout for digital/mobile media.
• Experience collaborating within a creative marketing team.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Motion graphics experience with After Effects is a plus.
• Organized, self-motivated and passionate about branding and ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Create product news stories and fashion-lifestyle content for digital channels.
• Collaborate with design leads, art directors, copywriters, strategists and merchants to execute solutions across site, app, paid media, and email.
• Maintain on-brand standards using style guides and multi‑channel best practices.
• Manage design workflow and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Contribute to weekly creative reviews with leadership.
• Stay aligned with brand DNA and fashion trends for Abercrombie brands.
• Drive projects with a team-oriented, proactive approach.
