What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a caseload of learners while supporting the Clinical Director with daily tasks
- Act as the Clinical Director in their absence due to PTO, maternity leave, or other appointments
- Develop skills over time to prepare for future Clinical Director responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of professionals including BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs
- Implement naturalistic teaching strategies and trauma-informed care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree encompassing behavior analytic content
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Must have state licensure or be eligible to obtain state licensure
- Ability to provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a clinical setting working with individuals with autism
- Familiarity with ABA methodologies and techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
