TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Associate in Asset & Wealth Management Audits for a 5-month remote contract supporting external audit engagements in the AWM sector. Strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge and experience leading audit teams are important.

The role involves evaluating financial statements, identifying audit risks, and applying data analytics to complex investment-management accounting. NYC-area remote work is supported; potential for extension.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years external audit experience.
• Significant Asset & Wealth Management audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB standards.
• Experience participating in or leading audit engagement teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute external audit engagements for clients within the Asset & Wealth Management sector.
• Evaluate financial statements and disclosures per U.S. GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess, and document financial reporting and audit risks.
• Perform substantive testing, analytical procedures, and control evaluations across audit areas.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to deliver high-quality audit services and meet client deadlines.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and audit observations to internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Assist planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements.
• Analyze complex accounting and financial reporting matters in investment management.
• Leverage data analytics tools to improve audit efficiency.
• Work with large datasets and utilize data visualization to provide insights.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional service.
