Qualifications

• Five years in loss prevention/asset protection or criminal justice.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Certifications preferred (Wicklander & Zulawski, Reid, CFI).

Responsibilities

• Supports field and corporate operations in asset protection processes.
• 2. Investigates and recovers losses using data and CCTV analysis.
• 3. Manages reports, dashboards, and exception metrics for asset protection.
• 4. Trains staff and enforces internal controls and policies.
• 5. Identifies shrinkage risks and develops mitigation strategies.
• 6. Conducts investigations and reports results to leadership.
• 7. Collaborates with Operations and HR on corrective actions.
• 8. Ensures timely investigations and compliance with procedures.
